Our paint correction, ceramic coating, interior detailing, and window tinting services address every car care need. Browse our full service guide for details.
A full interior detail covers every surface inside your vehicle. We start with thorough vacuuming of seats, carpets, floor mats, and crevices. Fabric seats are shampooed with hot water extraction; leather seats are cleaned and conditioned. The dashboard, center console, door panels, and vents are cleaned with compressed air and interior-specific cleaner, then dressed with a matte UV protectant. All interior glass is cleaned streak-free. Floor mats are removed and cleaned separately. The result is a cabin that looks, feels, and smells noticeably different.
No. Most clients hand us the keys and go about their day. We just need access to the vehicle, a reasonably flat surface, and ideally shade or a garage for best results. We'll call or text you when we're finished. If you're at an office or apartment complex, we can meet you at your parking spot.
Remove any personal valuables, car seats if possible, and large items from the trunk and back seat. The less we have to work around, the more thorough the detail. Don't worry about pre-cleaning β that's what we're there for. If your car has specific issues you want addressed (a stain, a smell, damage in a particular area), let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds to paint and creates a hard, hydrophobic layer β it protects against UV, light scratches, chemicals, and contamination. PPF (paint protection film) is a thick physical film applied to high-impact areas β it absorbs rock chips, heavy scratches, and direct physical damage. Think of ceramic coating as a shield against environmental damage and PPF as armor against physical impact. Many clients use both: PPF on the hood, bumper, and mirrors, with ceramic coating everywhere else.
Yes β we detail at apartment complexes regularly across Dallas, Plano, Irving, and Frisco. We just need a parking spot where we can set up next to your vehicle. Covered parking is ideal but not required. If your complex has restrictions on mobile services, let us know and we can coordinate with management beforehand.
Swirl marks are caused by improper washing techniques β automatic car washes with spinning brushes, dirty wash mitts, dry wiping, or using household sponges. The abrasive contact creates circular micro-scratches visible in direct sunlight. To prevent them: never use automatic car washes with brushes, always use the two-bucket wash method, use clean microfiber mitts (not sponges), and never wipe a dry or dusty surface. Once swirl marks exist, paint correction is the only way to remove them permanently.
Yes. We detail all vehicle types β sedans, coupes, trucks, SUVs, vans, and specialty vehicles. Larger vehicles take more time and may have adjusted pricing due to the additional surface area. When you request a quote, let us know your vehicle make, model, and year so we can provide accurate pricing.
It depends on severity. Light water spots that sit on the surface can usually be removed with a clay bar or light polish during a standard exterior detail. Mineral etching β where hard water minerals have chemically bonded with and eaten into the clear coat β requires machine polishing through paint correction. Dallas municipal water is notoriously hard, and sprinkler overspray is one of the most common causes of paint damage we treat.
Our ceramic coating packages are rated for 3, 7, or 10 years depending on the tier you choose. In Texas heat and UV conditions, the coating performs well throughout its rated life with proper maintenance β which means regular hand washing (no automatic car washes) and an annual maintenance detail. The UV protection is actually where ceramic coating proves its value most in Texas, preventing the oxidation and fading that destroys unprotected paint within a few years.
For Texas, we recommend the darkest legal option per window position. Front side windows must allow at least 25% VLT (Visible Light Transmission) to pass inspection. Rear side windows and the rear window can be any darkness. Most clients choose 25% on the front sides and 5-15% on the rear for maximum heat rejection and privacy. We'll help you choose based on your priorities β heat reduction, privacy, appearance β while staying inspection-compliant.
Metallic window film can interfere with electronic signals. That's why we recommend ceramic window film, which provides superior heat rejection without any signal interference. Ceramic film works with GPS, Bluetooth, cellular signals, and Texas toll tags (TollTag, TxTag) without issue. If you already have metallic tint causing problems, we can replace it.
For exterior-only services, we'll reschedule to the next available day at no charge. For interior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, odor removal, or window tinting, rain doesn't affect the work since we can perform these under a covered area or carport. We monitor weather forecasts and will proactively reach out if we need to adjust your appointment.
Often, yes. We offer same-day availability for most services when our schedule allows. Interior and exterior detailing can typically be accommodated on short notice. Paint correction and ceramic coating usually require advance booking because of the longer service time. Call us at (945) 233-7397 and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Between full details, hand wash your vehicle every 2-3 weeks using a pH-neutral car shampoo and microfiber wash mitt β never an automatic car wash with brushes. Wipe down the dashboard and interior surfaces with a damp microfiber cloth weekly. Keep a small microfiber towel in the car for quick spot cleaning. For ceramic-coated vehicles, regular hand washing is all you need β the coating does the heavy lifting.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. Payment is collected after the service is completed and you've had a chance to inspect the work. No prepayment required.
Yes. We work with businesses across DFW that need regular detailing for company vehicles, rental fleets, and executive cars. Fleet accounts receive priority scheduling and volume pricing. Contact us to discuss your fleet size and frequency needs.
Yes β and we'll tell you upfront. Deep scratches that go through the clear coat into base paint or primer require touch-up paint or respraying, not correction. Severely cracked or peeling leather may need reupholstering rather than conditioning. Headliner fabric that's detaching from the backing is a structural issue. Rust damage is a body shop repair. We'll always be honest about what's achievable so you don't pay for a service that can't deliver the result you expect.
An automatic car wash runs your vehicle through spinning brushes and recycled water in 5 minutes for $10-25. Those brushes are the number one cause of swirl marks and paint scratches. Professional detailing is a multi-hour, hands-on process using clean microfiber materials, pH-balanced products, and techniques designed to remove contamination without adding new damage. The difference is visible in direct sunlight β a car washed at a drive-through has a hazy, swirl-covered finish. A properly detailed car has depth, clarity, and reflection.
Yes β pet hair removal is one of the most common requests we handle. We use a combination of rubber pet hair brushes, compressed air, and professional vacuuming to extract hair from fabric seats, carpet fibers, and hard-to-reach areas between seats and consoles. For vehicles with heavy pet hair buildup, we recommend our full interior detailing package which includes hot water extraction that pulls embedded hair from deep within upholstery fibers.
Yes. Detailing gift certificates are available for any service or dollar amount. They're popular for birthdays, holidays, new car purchases, and corporate gifts. Contact us to purchase β we'll provide a digital or physical certificate depending on your preference.
